What I do:

I handle all the pricing responsibilities for the Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma markets. I work with underwriting, sales, finance, and senior health plan leadership to determine the rating strategies needed to achieve profitable growth.

How I make a difference:

I make a difference by providing the analysis and recommendations needed to make health insurance as available and affordable as possible to the customer.

Why my job is great:

I work with many interesting people with different perspectives on issues. I’m continually impressed with the high caliber of the people that I work with.

The challenges of my job:

Helping to develop solutions that provide health insurance coverage at a fair and reasonable cost to the consumer while providing a reasonable return to the company and its’ shareholders.

What’s great about me:

I enjoy my job very much. I work with others to provide collaborative solutions to the challenges we face. Others find me fair, cooperative, and respectful even if we don’t agree.

Little known fact about me:

After dinner and a brisk walk, I like to relax by sitting in my recliner, watching TV, and reading the paper with my 5 lb Pomapoo (Pomeranian-Poodle mix) in my lap.
