Behavioral Health Care Manager/Advocate

You’ll manage mental health and chemical dependency services for our members by working with providers to manage the utilization of services. You’ll discuss discharge plans, recommend other services or changes in services, and discuss patient care with our Medical Directors/Psychiatrists. You’ll also interact with providers and members to positively impact the quality of patient care. Our Care Advocates/Managers are empowered with more data, better technology, and a sophisticated clinical algorithm system.

Behavioral Health Intake Counselor

You’ll assist members in accessing providers and connecting members with Care Advocates/Managers. You’ll perform telephone intakes, determine member eligibility and benefits, make counseling referrals, assess callers for risk factors, triage urgent cases, and process requests for counseling. The career includes assessment appointments in urgent cases, follow up and processing records. On a regular basis, you’ll consult with Team Leaders.
