Associate General Counsel/Sr.Associate General Counsel

Provide legal advice and support to the business on complex transactions, contracts and regulatory issues that impact the businesses ability to meet their goals and be in compliance. Provide oversight for legal issues, litigation management and legal counsel to business including development of litigation and risk litigation strategies, refinement of policies/procedures, communications, governance and compliance. You’ll also manage outside counsel on complex regulatory or other issues.

Compliance Analyst/Compliance Consultant

In this role, you’ll work on cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational compliance issues. You’ll facilitate operational oversight and meet the goals and objectives set forth by the business segment as well as regulatory requirements. You’ll lead audits and communicate results to management as well as, evaluate and verify records and routines, conduct operating review to improve efficiency, examine procedures to control and safeguard company assets and monitor compliance associated with company policies, procedures and government regulations.

Senior Legal Service Specialist

Here you’ll support the legal staff by gathering information, preparing opinions and legal documents. You’ll be challenged to research statutes, regulations, and court decisions, draft contracts, submit, track, monitor and successfully conclude state and federal filings for licenses and certifications. It will also be your role to respond to subpoenas, draft agreements and documents, and review marketing and other materials. You’ll report to Associate General Counsel as well as supervising Legal Service Specialists.
