Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant
Here, you’ll be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing medical care to the population we serve. Nurse Practitioners assess our members on a regular basis, intervene early to maintain optimal health in the most appropriate setting, and educate all parties. You’ll interact with the long-term care staff--from the Certified Nursing Assistant to the Primary Care Physician. You’ll also lead frequent and in-depth conversations with our patients and their family representatives. Practice is a clinical model with heavy emphasis on relationship strengthening.

Utilization Management Nurse
Be part of a team, partnering with our providers to offer service and care and to our patients. This career challenges you to be clinically astute and able to discuss the pathophysiology with a patient. You’ll have daily autonomy with the freedom to establish the most effective schedule. You’ll also have onsite chart reviews in order to ascertain and facilitate correct level of care using available tools such as Milliman care guidelines, evidence based literature and your clinical judgment.
