Skills & Experience

  • Skills and experience vary by position and project--some roles require specific certifications like PMP or Six Sigma
  • Background with business requirements gathering, project management, analysis, business process
  • Process improvement knowledge
  • PMI or Black Belt Certification
  • Knowledge of software programs could include database management systems, CRM, Call Center, Web and/or Portal Project experience
  • Strong consultative skill set to help develop solutions to customers needs
