Skills & Experience
- Effective negotiation skills and implementation/influencing skills
- Desire to network outside and inside the organization to build relationships
- Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work
- Willingness to work toward team objectives and work well with others
- Experienced in managed care operations in the areas of, Customer service, Provider relations, Claims administration, or Enrollment
- Account Management experience is desired
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
