What I do:
My current job role involves auditing physician forms, facility form fee schedules, and contract loads to ensure accuracy before they are placed into production.
How I make a difference:
I make a difference to people’s lives by thinking of their needs before my own and treating them with respect and integrity.
Why my job is great:
My job is great because it provides a variety of functions and different challenges every day. Being able to telecommute also makes it great!
The challenges of my job:
What’s challenging about my job is high amount of changes in technology and tools needed to perform my job, but this also makes it fun to learn something new!
How I impact my community:
I impact my community by participating in several community activities and events. I volunteer in the classrooms at my children’s school. I am part of community outreach through my church and assist with local 4H club events.
What makes this a greater place to work:
My impact at UnitedHealth Group has been greater than my initial expectations. I never imagined when starting my career with UnitedHealth Group where it would take me!
What’s great about me:
I have been able to use the skills I’ve acquired during college and my years on the job, to affect change. My voice is heard when I offer new ideas to management and I appreciate the insights of my fellow co-workers.
Little known fact about me:
I live on an old family farmstead with 50 acres. We raise chickens, pigs, and garden organically.
