What I do:

I serve as an internal strategy consultant for the organization.

How I make a difference:

I actively work with teams to mitigate the greatest risks currently facing the organization.

Why my job is great:

I work with smart people in a collaborative environment where I’m set-up to succeed and be recognized for that success.

The challenges of my job:

Managing all the variety of priorities associated with the myriad of projects I’m currently working on, in conjunction with the number of hours in the day.

How I impact my community:

Being involved as a board member of a non-profit charter school, participating in the United Way’s Emerging Leaders program, and taking part in our Business Risk Management community events.

What’s great about me:

I’m a high-energy optimist who tries to approach his work with a high level of ownership and pride.  My approach to work is to make mistakes moving forward, seek and integrate feedback, and to be a servant leader.

Little known fact about me:

I’m from a very large Mexican American family, and am one of 30 cousins.
