I help drive innovation through idea generation and implementation so that UnitedHealth Group employees can perform at their maximum capacity, thus giving back to the customers with the highest level of satisfaction.

Why my job is great:

I work with people who are passionate about what they do.  My ideas and opinions are always considered.  My teammates seek my assistance through my strengths while actively helping me to improve my “weaknesses.”

The challenges of my job:

I like it so much that sometimes I don’t want to go home!

What’s great about me:

I can do ten things at once and still put 110% into each one of them.  As a matter of fact, I work faster and perform better when I have ten things compared to one.

Little known fact about me:

I was a state badminton champ, I have two birthdays, and I have nine siblings.
