Technology Development Program for College Hires
UnitedHealth Group’s Technology Development Program reflects UnitedHealth Group’s commitment to support our recent college hires’ growth and success as they build their careers. The UnitedHealth Group IT Technology Development Program is a two-year program featuring three rotating assignments, educational sessions and a capstone project, with the goal of developing a strong pipeline of well-rounded technologists within the organization. Our program gives college hires the opportunity to accelerate their careers by working closely with experienced professionals and mentors.
