What You Need to Know

• Effective negotiation skills and implementation/influencing skills
• Desire to network outside and inside the organization to build relationships
• Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work
• Willingness to work toward team objectives
• Experienced in managed care operations in Customer Service, Provider Relations, Claims Administration or Enrollment
• Account Management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
