These positions will put you among our highly respected team at UnitedHealth Group that provides health and well-being services to customers who are over 50. You'll provide expertise and customer service support to customers and/or providers. This includes phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. To qualify, you should be resourceful, motivated, and able to think and work independently. Strong organizational and team skills are needed. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent with strong problem solving orientation.
