This role reports to the pharmacy contracts manager and assists with contract drafting and editing, RFP responses and backup support.

Candidate is preferred to live in or around the Minneapolis MN area.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Contract Administration:

  • Contract Drafting/Lifecycle Management
  • Prepare agreement drafts for national sales team using company templates
  • Prepare affiliation agreements for new internship arrangements 
  • Prepare contract amendments as needed 
  • Monitor the lifecycle of all pharmacy agreements and leases to ensure timely renewals
  • Monitor existing RFP expirations and customer webpages for RFP releases
  • Assist customers and operations teams with questions on agreement terms

Sales Support:

  • RFP/RFI Support
  • Review all Requests for Proposals/Information for new core pharmacy services, format the response and prepare standard responses and completing all required forms and documentation gathering.

General Document Drafting 

  • Prepare letters and notices as required by the field 

General Support

  • Provide status updates on pending agreements to various teams weekly
  • Coordinate calls with legal and operations to support resolve issues with customers
  • Ensure customer data is up to date in CRM

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of paralegal or contract management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting 
  • Experience drafting and editing contracts and leases
  • Proven knowledge of healthcare law (HIPAA and privacy laws)
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills; clear, concise, and logical writing style
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other business departments
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS365 suite (ppt, MS Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
