You'll define business problems, validate requirements, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations on complex projects. Solid relationship skills are a must to collaborate with other business units and project manage initiatives to streamline processes. You'll be adept at working with various departments to communicate risk while implementing new solutions.
You will be challenged to analyze, review and forecast data for operational and business planning, and be empowered to impact the health care system through the analysis and interpretation of data, and presenting recommendations for business solutions. High performers here have strong skills in developing and implementing effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis.
You will lead teams and hold responsibility for end-to-end business process initiatives – creating, controlling and improving business processes related to test approaches, plans and coordination.
You will be responsible for end-to-end business process activities, leading process design and project implementation, diagnosing process improvement opportunities and developing solutions.
You will design processes, lead project implementations and diagnose improvement opportunities using Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies.
