    Catalyst360 Shows The “Art” of Caring!

    Catalyst360 staff in our Horsham and Lehigh Valley offices recently participated in a collection for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Creative Arts Therapy Program.

    Our employees showed their caring attitude by donating coloring books, crayons, markers, glue sticks, children’s scissors, and other art supplies in support of CHOP’s innovative therapy program. It’s found that patients who participate and can better cope with symptoms, stress, and traumatic experiences, enhance cognitive abilities, and simply enjoy the life-affirming pleasures of making art.

    John (a Sales agent in our Horsham office and pictured above), helped coordinate the drive with the help of several other Catalyst employees. “I cannot thank my Catalyst co-workers enough for their kindness and generosity,” said John. “It means a lot to work in a company that supports these kind of giving activities.”

    Catalyst360 Hosts Congressional Visit

    Congressman Pat Meehan, (R, PA-7) visited Catalyst360’s Horsham site recently, conducting a roundtable meeting with senior leadership followed by a tour of the operation. Meehan’s district includes parts of Montgomery county, including the location of the Horsham facility.

    The purpose of the visit was to give the Congressman the opportunity to get to know our business, and hear from our leadership team about the challenges we face, and opportunities we present, as one of the leading employers in the area. Other topics included the effects of the Affordable Health Care act to our business, as well as discussion about the long term sustainability of Medicare and Social Security.

    Currently in his second term in Congress, Congressman Meehan serves on the Oversight and Government Reform, Homeland Security, Transportation and Infrastructure, and House Ethics Committees. As a member of the Homeland Security Committee, Congressman Meehan was appointed Chairman of the Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Protection and Security Technologies.

    Taking a "Stand" Against Childhood Cancer

    Once again, Catalyst360 staff continues to be Catalysts of Caring with the success of our organization-wide Lemonade Day! We are pleased to announce that we raised close to $800 to be donated to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

    In our Horsham office, we were honored to have the support of a family touched by childhood cancer. Renee Frugoli and her daughter, 8 year old Felicia along with twin brother Dean, (both of whom played games with staff members) were on hand to help dispense lemonade. Felicia is a kidney cancer survivor of 5 years, and the family serves as Lemonade Stand ambassadors. “They always enjoy coming to Catalyst360,” said Renee. “They love all the attention you folks give them!”

    A huge shout out to all those at Catalyst360 who coordinated the effort, and those who supported the cause! One volunteer reflected back on the day. “This cause hits home for so many people. Several of our co-workers called us 'treasures', and expressed pride in having co-workers who support such a worthy cause.”

    Hi! My name is Andrea, and I am a phone representative here at Catalyst360.

    In my job I deal directly with our customers on either the Sales or Service toll free lines as dictated by our business needs. I enjoy the diversity of my work, as I have the chance to expand my skills and grow within both facets of our operation. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work as a coach in our Training Department, helping to develop new hire sales agents. Almost every day I see agents with whom I have worked improve their skills to become successful, and that is incredibly rewarding.

    When I think about Catalyst360, I think about the amazing supervisors and directors we have here. They continue to care about their employees to the highest extent and recognize hard work. I am proud to be part of such a great company!

    Hello, I’m Kevin and I work in Client Services on the Compliance, Licensing and Risk Mitigation team at Catalyst360. This team provides oversight on agent licensing activity, impacts of regulatory changes to the business and works very closely with Operations and Information Technology to ensure that our actions support the organization’s efforts to always do the right thing for the protection of the customer, client and the organization.

    My role in risk mitigation and coordinating non-financial audits allows me to interact with co-workers across the entire organization. Through risk mitigation and audits we continuously strive to improve and position ourselves for the future by monitoring the ever changing regulatory and business environments and provide representation on projects to implement new processes and modify existing ones.

    It is very rewarding when I hear our business partners and customers acknowledge that we provide an extraordinary experience for the member that contacts us. Our combined individual talents contribute to the organization’s success.

    My name is Tomieka, and I am a Subject Matter Expert in the Operations Process Management department here at Catalyst360.

    As a Subject Matter Expert, I create and revise reference materials as needed to support the Contact Center in handling customer inquiries and requests. I also manage inquiries from various areas of the Contact Center and business partners.

    I have the opportunity to work with numerous departments within the organization on a daily basis. This increases my knowledge in the company as a whole helping me to understand each department’s value and how we work together for success.

    The most rewarding experience as a subject matter expert is when our business partners and customers acknowledge the time and effort that we put into our work to provide outstanding customer service to each caller/member that contacts us.

    Hello, I’m Sandi and I am a member of the Quality team in the Operations Process Management Department.

    One of my main roles is to quality review phone calls to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our customers. In addition to completing quality review, I assist with answering incoming phone calls when call volumes are high and have the opportunity to work on upcoming projects that will be rolled out to our front line staff in the future.

    It is very rewarding to know that what I do makes a difference on a customer service level and an organizational level. Whenever I am completing quality review, I know that the feedback I am providing to the representative will help them provide a better customer experience and further their growth and development.
