What happens after I refer a friend?

Once we receive your referral we will email the candidate verifying they have been referred to our talent community. The email will direct them to click on a link to complete a profile and look at our careers website for a position that matches their talent, skills, interests and experience. It is important they meet ALL of the job requirements. We encourage you to follow up and make certain they complete their profile and look for relevant job opportunities.

Who  reviews the referral and is responsible for moving them through the process?

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for applying the rules of the program fairly and consistently and will make all final decisions about the program. Referrals are a valued source of talent, yet the same Talent Acquisition process applies at each step of the hiring process to ensure the most qualified candidate who is a fit for our culture is hired to drive the continued success of our organization.
