You’ll participate on teams taking on challenging problems that affect the business today and will shape our business tomorrow. And you’ll find the support, encouragement, mentoring to succeed. You’ll come away from the technology development program with lifelong skills, a network of colleagues and friends, and a head start on doing your life’s best work. SM

    What You Need To Know

    • Participants in the Internship program will work in any of the following:
      • Application Development
      • Software Development
      • Business/Systems Analysis
      • Project Analysis
      • Data Management
      • Big Data Analytics
    • This 8-12 week program starts in June and ends mid-August.
    • You’ll be working full-time hours.  
    • You’ll have the potential to be considered for a full-time opportunity based on performance. We offer a Buddy and Mentor from our Technology Development Program throughout the internship and beyond. 
    • Our locations include: Minnetonka, MN; Boston, MA; Basking Ridge, NJ; Phoenix, AZ; Franklin, TN; Greenville, SC; Raleigh, NC and Schaumburg, IL.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Undergraduate students enrolled in an information technology related field, math, science, engineering, business or health policy/management.  
    • Self-motivated, hard-working and effective team contributors, comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. 
    • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

    What You Need To Know

    • This is a 1 year rotational program involving work in one or more of the following areas:
    • Applications Development
    • Business or Systems Analysis
    • Project Analysis
    • Infrastructure
    • Data Management
    • Data Security

    • You will be supported by a navigation coach as well as a mentor.
    • You will be working on a high performance team within a fast-paced and intense environment.
    • Our locations include: Minnetonka, MN;  Boston, MA; Basking Ridge, NJ; Phoenix, AZ; Franklin, TN; Greenville, SC; Raleigh, NC and Schaumburg, IL.
    • The program may involve some travel (no more than 20%).

    What We Are Looking For

    • You should be graduating with a BS or MS degree in an information technology related field, math, science, engineering, business or health policy/management. Other degrees are considered if you have related experience.
