The Digital and Project Management intern will work with Project Managers and Digital Product Owners in the Project Management Office and Experience Office.

Develop understanding of product management and human centered design including product roadmaps and backlogs, user interviews and research, usability testing, and content management
Develop understanding of the agile Scrum framework and software development lifecycle
Create and/or maintain tools and templates in support of project and product efforts
Schedule meetings, consolidate and distribute meeting notes and action items, or conduct meetings in support of project and product efforts
Coordinate the ordering and purchasing of resources needed to facilitate design or planning activities
Assist in the tracking and basic analysis of budgets and provide updates or recommendations
Assist in research and data analysis in support of decision making, making clear concise recommendations to project managers and product owners
Document and/or maintain department processes and methodologies
Update and maintain data sources for reporting project and product portfolio status
Participate in the evaluation of user feedback including engagement with the Net Promoter System to drive engagement and experience
Plan, manage and execute basic initiatives is support of department, project or product goals – under the guidance of team mentor

Currently enrolled in college and working towards an Associates or Bachelor’s degree with an interest in Project Management or User Experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to pragmatically break down large work items into smaller units and sequence units into a logical order for completion
Ability to understand medium to highly complex workflows and the concepts associated with creating them
Detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, passionately curious about how things work
Highly motivated, passionate, team-player
Ability to meet scheduled task requirements within assigned deadlines
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Must local to the La Crosse, WI area
