As a Talent Community Manager (TCM), you will be responsible for strategically shaping and executing transactional interactive marketing, branding, and social execution for a designated target audience(s), while acting as a coach and subject matter expert to the talent leadership team when related to the ideation, implementation and adoption of interactive marketing, branding, and engagement methodology, approach, tools, and technology; ultimately accountable for the interactive talent experience and talent community. 
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Accountable for the interactive talent brand experience including, but not limited to, social networks, careers website, mobile website, podcasting, social integration, and virtual career fairs.
  • Monitor and optimize interactive marketing & branding effectiveness to attract, educate and engage targeted talent audience.
  • Demonstrate and manage best practices related to interactive strategies within the talent acquisition space.
  • Drive the execution of the interactive strategic media, engagement and content plans and perform analytics on interactive mediums to maximize results.
  • Partner with Talent Marketing team in the execution of interactive candidate relationship strategies including general and custom CRM approach and ERP strategy.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition Analytics team, analyze metrics / scorecard, providing trend assessment and project prioritization for the functional team.
  • Maintain Leader Point of View and acts as SME on assigned TA projects. Communicate whys behind branding, marketing, and social initiatives. Act as a change agent/champion for new initiatives.
Required Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • Experience in consumer marketing, online marketing, or related experience
  • Experience in Social business, Web 2.0, and on-line community development and management responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Social Media Strategy and Engagement
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Understanding of Email Marketing Tools, Database Management, and Search Engine Optimization - think including basic keyword research
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – MS Word (create and edit correspondence), MS Excel (ability to create, edit, and sort spreadsheets), and MS PowerPoint (ability to create and edit slides) 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Talent Marketing or Recruitment Marketing experience 
  • Understanding of Contact Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Content Management Systems, and mobile technologies 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign – create posters, flyers, brochures, magazines, eBooks; Dreamweaver – use for web design and visualization of web content while coding; Photoshop – create images from scratch or alter existing images)

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
