Sales Internship Roles

As a Sales Intern you will be assigned a manager/mentor on a high-performing team working to apply your coursework knowledge to the real world. During your time with us you will work to prepare a key project review and present to leaders at the end of the summer. There is also potential to pursue state-specific sales licensure and exams, depending on program.

  • Full-time, 40-hours/week paid internship.
  • 10 weeks during the summer.
  • 80% of your time: supporting sales and account management projects and initiatives, with broad exposure to internal and external business partners.
  • 20% of your time: attending events and experiences to learn about the company, our mission and culture, and career opportunities; and to network with company leaders and co-workers.

Sales Development Program

Our Sales Development Program (SDP) is an 18-month development program that will accelerate your career with a company that will help you learn new skills and foster continued growth.  You will collaborate with experienced professionals, mentors and sales leaders, all while building a close-knit community of peers involved in the program.

  • Full-time, 40+ hours/week. (Peak season is mid-October – early December, working 40+ hours.)
  • Drive sales through inbound calls by consulting customers on their insurance needs; match correct coverages, products and benefits.
  • Present learnings and key achievements through formal presentation to leadership.
  • State-specific sales licensure and exams. (No licensure required prior to starting in the role.) We (company) pay for the licensure.
  • Base + overtime + incentive pay.

Full-time opportunities

Sales Rotational Program

Our Sales Rotational Program (SRP) is a 24-month program that will accelerate your career with a company that will help you learn new skills and foster continued growth.  You will collaborate with experienced professionals, mentors and sales leaders, all while building a close-knit community of peers involved in the program.  You will also complete two, six month rotations outside of sales in areas including but not limited to Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Workforce Management, and Business Development.

  • Full-time, 40+ hours/week. (Peak season is mid-October - early December, working 40+ hours).
  • Drive sales through inbound calls by consulting customers on their insurance needs; match correct coverage, products and benefits. 
  • Complete two, six month rotations outside of sales. 
  • Present learnings and key achievements through formal presentation to leadership. 
  • State-specific sales licensure and exams. (No licensure required prior to stating in the role. We (company) pay for the licensure. 
  • Base + overtime + incentive pay        

Full-time opportunities

Sales Support Rotational Program

Our Sales Support Rotational Program (SSRP) is a 24-month development program that combines on-the-job learning, training and education along with organizational enrichment.  The SSRP is a sales support/operations role that provides leadership development opportunities to candidates that have recently graduated from college.  During the program, new hires complete two, six month rotations outside of sales support in areas including but not limited to marketing, product, sales operations, workforce management, and business development.

  • Full-time, 40+ hours/week. (Peak season is mid-October – early December, working 40+ hours.)
  • Complete two, six month rotations outside of sales support/operations.
  • Sales Support Training, Up-Skilling, and Learning from others.
  • Present learnings and key achievements through formal presentation to leadership.
  • No licensure required.
  • Base + overtime + incentive pay.
