Senior Executive – MIS

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate Periodic & Ad-hoc Reports in accurate & timely manner for presenting it to the management 
• Handle a team of MIS Executives and report on metrics for all sub teams across Global Shared Services 
• Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications in Global Shared Services 
• Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently
• Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity through Automations
• Publish, Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports for Business Heads/ Vertical Heads for Global Shared Services 
• Preparing Power-Point presentations for Business Reviews 
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of MIS experience 
• Experience in handling teams with 5-6+ members with proven experience as TL or Supervisor
• Extremely well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, WORD & PowerPoint) comfortable with all formulas and excellent knowledge in Macro
• Solid technical/development skills in SQL Server 2008 / VBA / MS Access / Database Reporting/Stored Procedures
• Proven good data analytical skills  
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Proven excellent presentation and excel skills   

Preferred Qualification: 

• 3+ years of experience from US Health Care Domain
