Senior Data Engineering Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

• Code delivery and implementation
• Building and maintaining data pipelines
• Designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that enable the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of large volumes of data in data bricks..
• Data engineers implement methods to improve data reliability and quality
• Participate in scrum meetings
• Work closely with the product owner and business SMEs on design of product
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Data Governance experience
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data system development
• Experience in cloud infrastructure management
• Experience in Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Data Lake Storage, and Azure Stream Analytics.
• Functional skillset and experience include excellent communication skills, proven experience working in an Agile environment
• Exposure to various ETL technologies and approaches
• Understanding of data types/ handling of different data models
