Data Analyst – UNICA, AJO, Adobe Campaign

This position is responsible for campaign list extraction and response analytics as well as providing data related insights supporting the various product suites within OptumHealth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and execute campaign list pulls for major direct marketing efforts (direct mail, email & telemarketing) as well as smaller, trigger-based programs within the framework of the overall contact strategy
• Must have hands on IBM/HCL Unica  EMM Suit’s, Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO) Or  Adobe Marketo Or Adobe Campaign 
• This individual will use their knowledge of the customer and data to assist in providing direction and campaign executions designed to drive up engagement and enrollment into our products
• Assess and interpret needs and requirements of our partners
• Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries that support marketing efforts
• Provide actionable insight by giving explanation and interpretation of data to support dept and business unit needs
• Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners and Marketing Managers to develop deeper understanding of their business and goals, suggest new strategies
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience using campaign management tool i.e. IBM/HCL Unica and Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO), Adobe Marketo
• Solid working knowledge of using SQL to query data in relational databases
• Advanced level of Access and Excel
• Marketing analysis background with solid business foundation, especially in campaign generation in Health care is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on  on Adobe Campaign
• A background in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge on Tableau/PowerBi and Salesforce / ExactTarget  email deployment
