The UHC.com Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for a variety of project work related to AB testing and personalization for UHC.com. The role will work in enterprise tools to develop great digital experiences for the end user.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products, from product definition and planning through production, release and end-of-life
• Brings market insights and emerging innovative technology developments and trends to understand market/customer needs, as well as identify new opportunities to develop new product features
• Utilize Adobe Analytics for deep insights, driving data-driven decision-making and strategy refinement.
• Leverage programming expertise of JavaScript/jQuery/HTML/CSS in Adobe Target to code AB tests and personalized experiences
• Interpret business metrics and customer feedback to communicate results and make continuous enhancements to websites.
• Maintain operational procedures, system standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
• 5+ years of digital marketing and project management experience within a matrix organization
• Working knowledge in DevOps
• Has previously worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Adobe Marketing Cloud Technologies
• Experience in healthcare insurance industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
