Primary Responsibilities:

Project Management: Marketing Initiatives, Technology & Orchestration Team

  • Provide project management to ensure the successful implementation of new marketing initiatives, work groups, and technology across E&I. Role includes:
    • Develop and maintain executive status reporting, working with project team members to get updates and ensure status reporting is accurate and timely
    • Tracking work across multiple workstreams and teams to ensure work is completed on time and milestones are met
    • Following up with team members to ensure they have completed tasks, documenting risks/blockers, and escalating to program management as appropriate
    • Maintains relationships with stakeholders and project team members
    • Develops and maintains solid communications across channels to ensure stakeholders and team members stay connected with up to date information to enable decision-making and progress on the project

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years professional experience 
  • 2+ years project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
  • 1+ years proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and solid organizational skills
  • Demonstrated, proven analytical skills; comfortable working with data
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities from inception to completion
