Talent Acquisition AD role will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for the India market. The role will also include designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a solid candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive talent acquisition for India market, be a strategic partner to business leadership to enable business growth
  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting, candidate selection and onboarding activities
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for entry level to experienced hiring
  • Designing and driving the adoption digital and technology solution to build new age recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a solid candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Partner with business, HR partners, finance, and analytics team to build recruitment forecast, proactively initiate hiring activities to ensure on time fulfillment of demand
  • Build go-to market strategy to hire right talent, with DEI focus
  • Achieve best in class industry benchmark on metrics impacting – cost, quality speed and experience
  • Process transformation initiatives and projects to make TA more efficient and scalable in least time possible
  • Being relevant to industry trends, building market intel and competitor intelligence on key skills and capability, and engage in business conversation on growth strategy
  • Lead people culture and practice for TA teams based out of multiple locations in India, directly responsible for Employee Experience Index, Attrition and Performance Management
  • Awareness of local laws, traditions, and nuances that need to be applied to our recruitment offerings and own the compliance metric
  • Must work well in large organization in a matrix org structure
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Post graduation degree in any stream
  • 12+ years experience with talent acquisition in India in Technology, Non Tech & Consulting
  • 10+ years experience in managing teams across India locations
  • Experience in interaction with agencies to build the solid resource pipeline
  • Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a solid talent pipeline
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes
  • Good with Stakeholder Management
  • Good with people management
  • Able to coordinate time to time with agencies for Diversity hiring pipeline
  • Able to work with RPOs (will be managed 40% by RPOs, and 60% by Inhouse team)
  • Able to manage a delivery of 500+ roles
