Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust full stack solutions using Java for backend development
  • Develop user interfaces for web applications using React.js and related technologies
  • Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces the provide a seamless experience cross different devices and screen sizes
  • Design and implement reusable UI components, modules, and hooks to promote code reusability and modularity
  • Maintain a consistent look across the application by adhering to design guidelines and specifications
  • Manage the application state using stateful and stateless components, hooks and context API
  • Integrate frontend and backend components to create cohesive and efficient applications
  • Develop server-side logic and APIs using Java frameworks using spring boot MVC and similar technologies
  • Design and optimize database schemas and queries for relational and or NoSQL databases
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security features to protect sensitive data resources
  • Implement data fetching and synchronization and backend services using restful APIs and GraphQL
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities to improve the speed and responsiveness of the application
  • Implement lazy loading, code splitting and other optimization techniques to enhance the user experience
  • Write and automate unit tests and integration tests as well as end to end tests to ensure reliability and stability of the application
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and prioritize features to deliver high quality solutions
  • Perform debugging and troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related IT experience a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Full stack engineer or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience with the following:
    • Experience with Object Oriented programming like Java, C#
    • Experience with Spring framework
    • Proficient with Git, Github
    • Frontend UI engineering experience with React.JS
    • Azure Cloud architecture, infrastructure & patterns
  • Experience working in a virtual team environment across multiple locations
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and front-end build tools like webpack, babel, or npm
  • Proficient in version control systems (git) and agile development methodologies
  • High proficiency of both written and verbal English communication
