Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technology leadership to a solid engineering team
• Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products
• Develops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends
• Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices
• Provide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required
• Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
• Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
• Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
• Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
• Closely working Business Teams, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related STEM discipline with10 Years of Software engineering experience
• 3+ years of working experience on Cloud technologies
• 2+ years working experience in set up or maintenance of CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
• 2+ years of working experience in Cloud application development / micro-services architecture and deployments
• 2+ years of working experience on AWS/or AZURE – Experience of at least one application migration to Cloud platform
• Experience in multiple application and web servers (J2EE tech stack, JBoss/Tomcat/WebSphere)
• Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Hands-on implementation experience, should be able to design, implement key product features, be an active part of an Agile Scrum team
• Experience working with SAST and DAST methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify, Whitehat, Webinspect)
• Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Significant experience in designing solutions
• Investigate common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same
• Proven excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)
• Deep understanding on design principal of Cloud Architecture
• Proven good technical skills to understand complex designs, implement big and complex systems
