This position has responsibility of development, improvements, and maintenance on controllership automation tools, it requires resource to work on business requirement and follow Optum Coding standards and work on new projects in Databricks, Python, Spark SQL and Azure cloud administration and Azure devops. Developer responsibilities include writing and testing programs for business processes in databricks. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in Databricks, Python, Data factory, Spark SQL and exposure to Azure cloud administration technologies
- Experience with relational Database: Databricks, Python, Data factory, Spark SQL and Azure devops
- Experience in manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Knowledge in data warehousing
- Knowledge on GitHub Integration with Azure Devops
- Proven ability to design and develop predictive and prescriptive models
- Proven ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets using statistical techniques
- Proven ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Proven ability to work with minimal guidance or on routine issues/activities
- Proven ability to build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, data modelling, dependency and workload management
- Proven solid analytics skills related to working with unstructured datasets
- Demonstrates an “automation first” mentality that improves quality and efficiency
