Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders to drive technical and product roadmap, prioritize and deliver features within committed time and budget
• Lead an engineering team to develop high-quality data pipelines
• Offer technical guidance to internal team and business partners
• Build and nurture a diverse and inclusive team environment, valuing every member’s contribution
• Foster both team growth and individual development, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement
• Determine impacts, resolve complex issues, and exercise sound judgment and initiative in challenging situations
• Promote a culture of innovation and initiative

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on data engineering experience, including Azure Cloud, .NET, MS SQL and Kafka
• Working experience in Agile environments and follow best practices
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Passionate about working with people and developing talents, mentoring and building high-performance teams
• Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring
• Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
