Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices
  • Track and report on team progress and performance metrics
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, Trello)
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Proven excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
