Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the engagement lead in carrying out process reengineering activities
- Support the Consultants and Engagement leaders in the as-is assessment, future state design, CBA and formulating the transformation roadmap & solution themes
- Program manage the whole delivery cycle of the technology solutions
- Gather the business requirements for the delivery/automation/analytics teams to work and document them comprehensively in a Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Create the test plans and UAT in conjunction with the business operations and solution requirements
- Host the regular cadence (Scrum calls) with the development teams to ensure timely delivery
- Work with operations to identify the defects in the solutions and ensure resolution with the Technology teams
- Progress updates to the leadership on the development cycle
- Mange the product backlog
- Maintaining the data integrity across tools (Aha, Rally, etc) to ensure the proper billing to the projects
- Accountable for the fact that necessary artifacts such as CBA, BRD, tech feasibility are available and uploaded for central access
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Business or Systems Requirements development experience
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to be an exceptional communicator – verbal, written, and listening
- Demonstrated ability to be organized, process-oriented, thorough, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business or technology
- Experience creating a roadmap of capability execution
- Healthcare experience
- Experience in Aha & Rally
