This opportunity is a learning tech role – the individual will be responsible for the creation and development of cutting edge, differentiated, industry leading learning solutions. Positions in this function will be Reporting to Architect – Learning Transformation and will be based out of Hyderabad/Noida, India. Total experience should be more than 5+ years in relevant technology domain.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learning programs that meet or exceed strategic objectives across multiple delivery platforms such as complex web applications (Good if can work on games, simulations, video-based learning, learning app, Azure and AI)
• Design user flows, create POCs and prototypes
• Drive user experience across all development stages
• Create exciting apps including designing user interactions through innovative use of technology
• Create visual documents and presentations
• Create clear and precise functional / technical design documents when needed
• Collaborate with the content development / ID teams on design, development and integration
• Come up with new ideas to add value to the platform, communicate and succinctly articulate concept rationales
• Review and communicate with vendors on code quality, security and functional flow
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Must be graduate
• Keen learner – self-motivated, organized and accountable. S/he will be a part of a team of tech development and will also be responsible in leading/collaborating with multiple vendor tech talent, including but not limited to C#, ASP.Net Core, MSSQL, Html, CSS, jQuery and IIS.
• Solid technical skills and work experience in ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core, MS SQL, Html/CSS, IIS
• Skills in Machine Learning, NLP and Azure ML will be an added advantage but not necessary.
• Solid design thinking capabilities and intuition for application development, application structure, security, performance and flow
• Ability to conceptualize and prototype features
• Ability to create scalable and flexible database and application components
• Ability to identify and resolve problem statement using the technical solutions
• A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of – .Net, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, MS SQL Server, Html, CSS, jQuery and IIS
• Ability to define the security parameters into the application and application design
• Fair understanding of Bootstrap, interactive UI development and the Web APIs
• Working knowledge and experience in working within a responsive framework
• Proven passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other technology people
• Ability to articulate and present creative ideas and design concepts
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
• Proven self-motivated, organized and accountable

Preferred Qualification:

• Database design, SharePoint Online, understanding of Azure, ML
