Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Global Employee Center with continuous improvement opportunities, special projects, presentations and analysis as requested
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations/dashboards based on scheduled requests, and internal and external customer requests
- Manage Quality, Training and Solutions for APAC and EMEA region
- Manage end to end surveys for Employee Center and COEs
- Analyze metrics, trends and potential root causes; determine continuous improvement opportunities based on analysis
- Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of data
- Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
- Collaborate with HR communities in the support of HR Business initiatives
- Other projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role(s)
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros), Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Reporting tools
- Proven business analysis and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six-Sigma or LEAN Certified
- Project experience (coordination or management)
- Experience with a variety of reporting tools a plus (Tableau, Domo) & SQL
- Experience of Employee Center systems architecture and processes
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow, Power Automate and Power BI
- Database structures and design, systems design, data management
Work Requirement:
- Shift to be coordinated with U.S.A. and India management
