Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Execution of the Organizational Resiliency Questionnaire (ORQ). This includes engagement, monitoring, escalating, reviewing, and reporting the results of the assessment to the business. 
  • Utilize expertise to help develop strategy to mature the Vendor Resiliency Program. This includes fostering relationships with leadership, multiple vendor stakeholders, and the business. Demonstrates the ability to influence these partners to drive change within the program. 
  • Improves processes and supports response to critical supplier outages, coordinating with the Global Crisis Management team to ensure efficient response that minimizes downtime.  
  • Demonstrates leadership and works as part of a global team demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively, collaborates with team members across multiple geographies and cultures 
  • Training and Awareness – Educate partners and new team members on our processes and procedures. Promote the program with key stakeholders to establish relationships, demonstrate value and buy-in

Required Qualification: 

  • 4+ years of experience with 3rd party, vendor, supplier risk management program, measuring the resiliency of an organization to respond to disruption and appropriately manage risk

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, risk management. Knowledge of relevant standards ISO22301, NFPA 1600, NIST, HITRUST) 
  • Experience managing complex projects focused on strategy and process improvement 
  • Experience working with Fusion Risk Management, Archer, and other risk management systems 
  • Proven solid analytical background with experience in Microsoft excel

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
