Primary Responsibilities:
- Evolves test strategy and codes to automate complicated test scenarios
- Advances new and reusable utilities for common test scenarios, utilities; Contributes to the library/framework to the benefit of Scrum team
- Familiarizes team with tools, processes and language to help engineer how to leverage data effectively
- Write and execute automated tests using Selenium, Cucumber/Specflow and Java/C#
- Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines
- Perform reviews of automation and application code
- Engineer automated test and metric reporting solutions
- Develop in-depth system and application knowledge for higher test quality and coverage
- Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories
- Contributes toward maturing CICD and incorporating the ATDD best practices, executing automated test suites
- Analyzes and prioritizes defects, usability, test scenarios and business impact
- Mentor team in demonstrating their capability through expertise in writing complex scenarios, critical defects etc.
- Innovative and qualitative approach with strategic thinking to problem statement
- Identify business problems and solve them to provide value to the specific state engagement
- Develops advanced test frameworks based on the tech stack and mentor others on how to develop the same
- Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to achieve business outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#, .NET Framework, MVC, Javascript, Angular, SSIS and DevOps
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS
- Extensive experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX design
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data migration
- Solid proficiency in SQL programming, including complex query development, stored procedures, and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and data integration
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
- Proven solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven solid commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work
- Proven excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to learn new software technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of junior developers, including mentoring and code reviews
