Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to work productively and proactively in a dynamic, fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Participate in production deployments based on set dates, and occasional off cycle deployments
- Provides information on the prevalence, risk factors, and comorbidities associated with mental disorders to ensure consistent and reliable diagnoses and treatments
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines
- Assist in creating and maintaining policy & procedure documentation
- Participation in Design reviews, Code reviews, Test Case reviews and Application readiness reviews for new releases provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
- Assist in researching specific issues to assist onshore team member, in resolution. Handling specific incoming emails, such as accounts moving to electronic, workorder review, SharePoint entry and maintenance
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Assist in the daily authorization process; finding efficiencies perform quality review for member registrations; finding efficiencies
- Design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports
- Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers
- Understanding of AGILE methodology and can be part of AGILE work environment
- Microsoft SQL Server – Query Level and understanding of Relational Database Structures
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years Experience Effective Analytical, written and solid communication skills
- Experience writing Programs using PL/SQL and queries using SQL
- Experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Experience of Mental health and Substance abuse medical terminology and ICD10 codes
- Experience writing Programs using PL/SQL and queries using SQL
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
- Knowledge of Behavioral health terminology / ICD10 understanding of MHSA conditions and their approval / disapproval process / guidelines
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, self-motivated
- Knowledge of group product lines and Corporate Operations
- Ability and willingness to accept and work in a changing environment
- Ability to work well in an environment with high standards for quality and turnaround with minimal supervision
- Solid interpersonal, presentation skills and excellent communication skills; the ability to facilitate collaboration and influence among multiple audiences – business, technology
- Motivated, self-directed, aptitude for learning new technologies; Ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously
- Proven high level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm
- Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers, carries positive attitude and is effective contributor
