Primary Responsibilities:
- Internal Reporting of Inventory and tracking of assignment
- Complex Inventory Management along with full production
- Regularly tracking of target dates & TAT of assigned inventory
- Ensure process instructions are delivered to team and Urgent Special Groups are completed within timeline
- Conduct Training on new hires and refresher to existing team members as and when required
- Assisting individuals with questions that arise regarding assigned inventory
- Support individuals through the training program and on the floor by providing immediate feedback on work performed. Serve as an expert to clarify process policies and procedures and provide information on observed trends and additional training opportunities
- Error/Escalation analysis to be done for the process, weekly/monthly as appropriate Basis the error feedback/escalations
- Communicating with the client to keep track of the changes in the guidelines and sharing updates with the team regularly
- Active participation on conference calls with onshore counterparts and other stakeholders
- All updates should be documented and shared in a consistent & timely manner
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HPDB.Net & Implementation Site
- 3+ years of experience inn HPDB coder (Specifically in Eligibility & benefit installation)
- Working Knowledge of MS Office
- Proven good communication & comprehension skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Proven ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
