Primary Responsibilities:
- Define patterns and process for the development team to deliver a solution
- Collaborate with engineer teams to ensure they are able to deliver solution that matches the defined process and standards
- Documents the patterns, processes and standards to be followed by the development team
- Aligns solution selection to the enterprise strategy
- Identify emergent needs for new processes and standards
- Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to identify emergent areas and technologies
- Create/update data model and obtain approval from the data governance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience at the intersection of Business and IT Strategy
- Experience building client relationships and collaborate with internal and external clients
- Experience recognizing issues and opportunities within the business domains, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo opportunities
- Experience applying architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges
- Experience understanding and assessing a client’s current IT capabilities/business architecture/operating model
- Experience creating solution for cloud and hybrid platform
- Experience building consumer profile management systems
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and management, working with customer data platform (CDP)
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology solutions especially on Adobe Experience Platform
- Business modeling and analysis experience in developing business architecture deliverables
- Broad understanding of technology and how it’s used to drive business growth and / or efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with cloud based, streaming and IAAS solutions. MS Azure experience is valued
- Experience working with streaming technologies – Kafka, Spring boot, Databricks, Azure cloud environments
