Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operations: 
    • Incident Management: Managing the lifecycle of incidents to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible
    • Problem Management: Identifying and managing the root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence
    • Access Management: Ensuring only authorized users can access IT services
  • DevOps Integration: Lead and develop applications that follow DevOps principles, with full integration of automation testing, logging, and monitoring solutions
  • Monitoring System Performance: Ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services by monitoring system performance and addressing any issues promptly
  • Automation and Efficiency: Automate common tasks and build common utilities to drive organizational efficiency, with a passion for technology and innovative solutions
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train staff on efficient and effective development of cloud-based application techniques
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients, to provide regular updates on project status and address any issues
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, and risk logs
  • Overseeing IT Infrastructure: Managing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers
  • Disaster Recovery: Performing system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery to ensure data integrity and availability
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience with healthcare knowledge 
  • JAVA experience
  • Production support experience with expertise on monitoring tools Splunk, Dynatrace
  • Expert in Splunk, Dynatrace and should have hands-on experience on Java and Azure. Must be good people leader
  • Solid Project management
  • Proven positive attitude to collaborate with team
