The Candidate will be part of OGA Tax team supporting UHG corporate Tax. His/her main responsibilities include preparing State income tax separate & combined, State extension & estimate return filings, preparing  regulated entity tax provisions, Federal Tax Return preparation, Sales & use tax return preparation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare US State Corporate Income Tax Return (Separates & Combined Returns)
• Prepare US Federal Income Tax Returns – 1120 and 1120PC
• Communicate with US team members as per agreed terms with Business
• Work on legal entity tax provisions
• Prepare Sales and Use Tax returns
• Work on state notices
• Work on state tax payments processing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Fresher with MBA in finance/M.Com or Graduate in Accounting with Enrolled Agent Certification or CPA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Make Fact-Based Decisions
• Deliver Quality Results
• Good Accounting Skills
• Able to work and Deliver within tight deadlines
• Good knowledge in MS Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Hlookup, Index etc.)
• Adhere to the timelines
