The Provider Relations Representative will support a small but dynamic team in working with internal partners to manage Medicare client setup. This role will support and evolve the Retail Network Operations – Med D network setup processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness partner with leadership on technology and process needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Participate in the development of business strategy
- Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- May have segment – wide impact
- Direct cross-functional and / or cross-segment teams
- Ability to interpret client contracts including financial and general terms
- Ability to work in large datasets including setting up coding to pull and synthesize data
- Prior experience working with clients and building relationships outside of the organization

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as an Analyst
- 1+ years of experience with data management tools or software
- 1+ years of experience working under deadlines, deliverables, task management, etc
- 1+ years of experience managing multiple tasks, changing priorities quickly, with attention to detail
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed care/PBM experience, preferably, in the Network build setting
- Experience effectively interacting with different internal business departments
- Knowledge of the RxClaim adjudication system
- Proficiency in performing data manipulation in Excel

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
