UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Strategic Insights Manager to join our team. This position will contribute to our Strategic Insights team, which has an increasingly important leadership role in driving growth for UnitedHealth Group and enabling our mission to help people live healthier lives and help the health system work better for everyone. 

 

This position is responsible for supporting event-triggered customer experience measurement across Optum. This position will be the initial point of contact for event-triggered survey requests from across the business and will support various team members with analysis requests.  This role will support the vision and execution of Optum event-triggered surveys, evolve dashboard reporting, and drive insights through data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for Optum event-triggered survey requests
  • Understand business objectives and develop research plans that effectively address needs of internal clients
  • Develop, program, analyze, and communicate findings for experiential and interaction-based surveys across business lines
  • Leverage the Qualtrics Engage platform to collect survey and user information to display actionable insights on Qualtrics dashboard for stakeholders
  • Support the governance of the Enterprise Qualtrics instance, inclusive of quarterly audits, approval for new surveys, and access requests
  • Compile data and findings from various sources, including NPS, to uncover stories and concisely present findings to drive change within the organization
  • Develop and manage Qualtrics dashboards to visualize and report survey insights
  • Effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring work is accurate, neat and error-free
  • Contribute to the success of a strong strategic insights group as a collaborative team member

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience analyzing and/or utilizing primary and secondary research
  • 1+ years of experience with Qualtrics
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital experience measurement strategy
  • Demonstrated solid project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional efforts through insights and relationship development
  • Proven to be a self-starter and problem solver with passion for driving action through insight curation
  • Ability to work in the Eden Prairie, MN, office 4 days weekly

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in crafting executive-level narratives, exemplifying storytelling ability 
  • Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and organizational discipline
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills and operational discipline 
  • Proven to have a high degree of ownership and accountability 
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Proven to be effective at building relationships

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
