Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, ensuring seamless integration and deployment workflows
- Enhance and manage existing Jenkins pipelines, optimizing for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and automation across environments
- Build, configure, and manage Azure Public Cloud resources, ensuring secure and efficient infrastructure operations
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate manual processes and improve system reliability
- Create and maintain scripts and utilities using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to support automation and monitoring
- Integrate AI-driven observability using Dynatrace Davis AI to proactively detect and resolve system anomalies
- Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development of automation scripts and infrastructure code
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and automation tools
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities as needed
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
- Experience working with Azure Public Cloud, including resource provisioning, networking, and security
- Experience using GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity and code quality
- Solid expertise in GitHub Actions and Jenkins, with proven experience in pipeline development and maintenance
- Solid understanding of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with AI-based monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace Davis AI, for intelligent observability and incident prediction
- Basic programming knowledge to develop automation tools and utilities
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proven solid communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
