Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, ensuring seamless integration and deployment workflows
• Enhance and manage existing Jenkins pipelines, optimizing for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and automation across environments
• Build, configure, and manage Azure Public Cloud resources, ensuring secure and efficient infrastructure operations
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate manual processes and improve system reliability
• Create and maintain scripts and utilities using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to support automation and monitoring
• Integrate AI-driven observability using Dynatrace Davis AI to proactively detect and resolve system anomalies
• Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development of automation scripts and infrastructure code
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and automation tools
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities as needed
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Experience working with Azure Public Cloud, including resource provisioning, networking, and security
• Experience using GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity and code quality
• Solid expertise in GitHub Actions and Jenkins, with proven experience in pipeline development and maintenance
• Solid understanding of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with AI-based monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace Davis AI, for intelligent observability and incident prediction
• Basic programming knowledge to develop automation tools and utilities
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proven solid communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
