The Rehab Office Assistant will ensure smooth clinic operations by assisting with key administrative tasks like billing, insurance processing, scheduling and medical documentation. Your support to therapists and leadership, along with inventory and communication coordination, helps create an efficient, patient-focused environment that drives better outcomes and organizational success.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of recent work experience in a healthcare environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of working in a Rehabilitation setting  
• Experience with scheduling, billing, EHR systems and insurance knowledge

 

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

• (PPD) TB Skin Test – Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella – (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving  
• Hep B3 Series (or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th  
• COVID Vaccine (Full)  

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
