Medicare Stars Business Consultant is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to track performance and ensure client performance guarantees are met. In addition, the Medicare Stars Business Consultant will support the creation of executive presentations and summaries. Engage in collaborative efforts with resources to effectively streamline updates and enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze client, book-of-business, and industry performance

Oversee cross-functional team performance and projects for areas that support Stars
-
Support compilation of executive presentations
-
Provide data support to pharmacists, acct management and leadership
-
Participate in conducting comprehensive case studies and end-of-year analysis

Support the development of marketing materials
-
Ensure performance guarantees are tracked to meet goal

Create and maintain sources of truth documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for reference and decision-making purposes

Required Qualifications:
-
3+ years’ experience with Medicare Stars program
-
2+ years’ experience analyzing, tracking and interpreting data to drive results

Advanced level with MS Excel, PowerPoint

Intermediate to advanced experience developing power point presentations and executive summaries
-
Experience developing and managing multiple project plans while collaborating with cross functional teams to drive through completion

Experience developing and presenting to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:

Solid experience with interpreting Medicare Stars analytics

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
