Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership and delivering solutions to customers
• Maintain project schedules and reports to Integration Lead, team leads and manager
• Works closely with project team members to organize project tasks to be carried out as part of analysis and development and ensures they are completed within project timelines
• Reviews project plans daily, prepares and submits status reports, monitors project deliverables, and communicates to management any issues that may impact the teams delivery
• Collaborates with project teams and various internal stakeholder groups on an ongoing basis to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations
• Works with project team to identify and assess project risks and issues
• Takes a disciplined approach to managing project issues and risks
• Solicits feedback and guidance of Optums standard methodologies, tools, and best practices from team leads, project managers, leadership, and project team members
• Seeking learning opportunities to continuously develop professional/technical knowledge which will be useful in current position and/or career aspirations
• Relationship management with key business partner contacts and project team
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in project coordination/management experience, preferably in an IT setting
• Experience in  Computer and/or Email/M365 Migrations
• Experience and working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Management tracking software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified associate in project management (CAPM)
• Experience in IT Infra Project Manager
• Experience in Azure /Vmware
• Experience in Gen AI
