Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The role in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Write well-designed and testable code
• Analysis of user requirements, software, and code
• Monitoring systems performance
• Testing and debugging software applications
• Validating the functionality and security of the application
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) based application development.
• Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for incidents and problems
• Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business
• Challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks and drive
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years working in this field
• 7+ years of experience in Java
• 3+ years experience in Spring Boot
• 3+ years experience in CICD
• 2+ years of experience in AI tools
