Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Product Owner to ensure team members can articulate a clear, compelling product vision
• Collaborates with Product Owner to assure product backlog / roadmap health
• Monitors and guides the team in holding themselves accountable to consistently, sustainably, and predictably deliver value to customer
• Tracks and Reviews teams progress / health using Agile methods influencing improvement in key indicators (e.g. MBOs, velocity, definition of done, WIP, throughput)
• Validates Agile Tool Data for Data Governance/Fixed Capacity Billing for Teams (Rally Board, Feature Data, US Data, Milestones, etc.)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, Trello)
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proven excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
