We provide primary, emergency and occupational healthcare solutions that help mitigate risks for businesses operating in remote and challenging environments. These solutions encompass on-site personnel, offsite support and assistance, virtual medicine, medical products and logistics. We work closely with our clients to develop a long standing relationship and provide 24/7 support for both medics and clients.

 

Please note: This is a hybrid working model and the successful individual will be expected to work onsite two days a week.

 

What you’ll do:

The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support for the delivery of projects and to coordinate the movements and travel for contractors on projects.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day support for field staff assigned to global projects
  • Administer and ensure accuracy of the operations database and manpower database
  • Manage rotation schedules and travel for all field staff assigned to global projects
  • Provide project information and requirements to Manpower
  • Coordinate equipment and resources requirements with medekit
  • Process financial information including timesheets, invoices, expenses
  • Update contract information as directed by Project Manager or Operations Manager
  • Manage and submit monthly and end of trip reports
  • Identify service issues and opportunities and report these to the Project Manager
  • Assist in the planning of projects as required
  • Duty manager on rotation basis
  • Offers effective support for the Project Manager(s)
  • Contributes to on-going review of project progress
  • Any other duties as requested by Line Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven previous experience working in an administrative role   
  • Demonstrated solid working knowledge/experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possesses a flexible approach
  • Demonstrated numeracy with solid attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
  • Possessed the ability to be organised but able to juggle different demands
  • Proven ability to build solid relationships with internal and external clients
  • Proven ability to manage own time and prioritise workload accordingly

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Third Level Degree  
  • Proven experience in administrative/clerical role within a healthcare environment
  • Proven previous experience in a Customer Service/Customer facing role
